TATUDX
TatuDx is an innovative biotechnology company developing cost effective molecular tests and devices. The company’s goal is to provide fast and efficient testing, anywhere in the world. I designed this logo to look modern while keeping the ideas of efficiency and reliability in mind. After much research, I chose the dragonfly as the icon to represent those goals. Dragonflies are powerful, agile, and efficient fliers, reaching speeds up to 45mph. They are found on all continents except Antarctica and can move in six different directions. They are symbols for happiness, new beginnings, and positive change and have long been used in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine.
HORSE HILL STUDIO
Horse Hill Studio is Donlin Foreman’s leather working studio based in Harrisville, New Hampshire. I wanted to create a logo that captured the tactile craft that is leather working while also creating a logo unit that the studio could use on the actual leather as a brand.
NATURE’S RESPONSE
Logo designed for a new probiotic, made of entirely natural products. The client wanted their branding to be elegant and chic - not your typical logo for a pill bottle. I drew the leaf garland after taking cuttings and photos of different leaves, pairing it with an elegant serif typeface.
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF WELLBEING
The International Journal of Wellbeing, based out of New Zealand, asked me to redesign their logo. They did not want a complete rebrand, more of an update, so I redesigned the globe making it less US-centric and more realistic. I also updated the color palette.
